Booking & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your session, payment is required in advance. We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your session for a refund or studio credit.

For cancellation made within 48 hours of the session, payments are non-refundable, though we may offer studio credit toward a future class when possible.

No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Thank you for understanding that rserved sessions hold studio space, materials, and instructor time specifically for you.
